Team requirements:

$45 per player - includes t-shirt

10 player minimum

15 player maximum

Minimum 3 female players per team

Players must be 16 years of age or older

Signed waivers required for each player

TEAM REGISTRATION
All teams will must register via email.
The team captain will receive a PayPal invoice which must be paid within 48 hours to reserve the team slot.

We have had a waiting list each year. Register early to ensure your team's place.
Your team slot is not guaranteed until your invoice is paid via PayPal (you do NOT need a PayPal account to pay the invoice).
As this is a charity event, no refunds will be issued.
No refunds will be issued for any reason including weather or other acts of God.

LIABILITY WAIVER
To simplify the waiver process, each team captain will gather waiver signatures for the team on the waiver form signature page (rather than keep track of separate forms for each player. See form for details.) The team waiver must be signed by each participant. Participants under the age of 18 must have their parent/guardian sign the waiver form.

TOURNAMENT RULES
Gregory loved playing and the Mt. Vernon Fields were his second home growing up. In the spirit of the game and to honor Gregory's memory, the goal is for everyone who participates to HAVE FUN!

VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION
Volunteers: Please register online at the link below or fill out the volunteer registration form and send it in as soon as possible.
A waiver form MUST also be signed for all volunteers. Waivers may be turned in the day of the tournament. (If you are also playing on a team you only need one waiver form.) Any volunteer under the age of 18 must have the volunteer and waiver form signed by a parent or guardian.
