SOFTBALL FOR SUTEK

Team requirements:

​

  • $30 per player - all fees due at time of registration

  • 10 player minimum

  • 15 player maximum

  • Minimum 3 female players per team

  • Players must be 16 years of age or older

  • Signed waivers required for each player 

​

TEAM REGISTRATION 

All teams will must register via email with a paid invoice via PayPal (no PayPal account needed).  

***The team captain will receive a PayPal invoice which must be paid within 48 hours to reserve the team slot.***

We have had a waiting list each year.  Register early to ensure your team's place. 

 

All fees are due at the time of registration. As this is a charity event, no refunds will be issued.  

No refunds will be issued due to weather or other acts of God.

LIABILITY WAIVER

A waiver must be signed by each participant.  Participants under the age of 18 must have their wavier signed by a parent/guardian. Waivers can be turned in the morning of the tounrament.

​

***No one is permitted to participate without a signed waiver.***

VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION

Volunteers:  Please register online at the link below or fill out the volunteer registration form and send it in as soon as possible. 

 

A waiver form MUST also be signed for all volunteers. Waivers may be turned in the day of the tournament. (If you are also playing on a team you only need one waiver form.)  Any volunteer under the age of 18 must have the volunteer and waiver form signed by a parent or guardian.

If you choose to order a tournament t-shirt, please make sure to indicate your size and send the check for your shirt with the registration.  

​

Gregory loved playing and the Mt. Vernon Fields were his second home growing up.  In the spirit of the game and to honor Gregory's memory,  the goal is for everyone who participates to HAVE FUN!

We are holding the 2023 Softball for Sutek Tournament on Oct.7, 2023.

 

The annual Softball for Sutek tournament helps us to honor Gregory by extending this scholarship opportunity to worthy students for years to come. We have awarded over $26,000 in scholarships since our first tournament in 2018,
