Team requirements:

$20 per player - all fees due at time of registration

10 player minimum
-
15 player maximum
-
Minimum 3 female players per team

Players must be 16 years of age or older

Signed waivers required for each player
TEAM REGISTRATION
All teams will must register via email with a paid invoice via PayPal (no PayPal account needed).
***The team captain will receive a PayPal invoice which must be paid within 48 hours to reserve the team slot.***

We have had a waiting list each year. Register early to ensure your team's place.
All fees are due at the time of registration. As this is a charity event, no refunds will be issued after the registration deadline. In the event the registration period is extended, the initial registration deadline will apply.
Refunds will be issued if the event must be completely cancelled by the organizer. The tournament will proceed rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather or other acts of God.

VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION
Volunteers: Please register online at the link below or fill out the volunteer registration form and send it in as soon as possible.
A waiver form MUST also be signed for all volunteers. Waivers may be turned in the day of the tournament. (If you are also playing on a team you only need one waiver form.) Any volunteer under the age of 18 must have the volunteer and waiver form signed by a parent or guardian.
If you choose to order a tournament t-shirt, please make sure to indicate your size and send the check for your shirt with the registration.

TOURNAMENT RULES
Gregory loved playing and the Mt. Vernon Fields were his second home growing up. In the spirit of the game and to honor Gregory's memory, the goal is for everyone who participates to HAVE FUN!
*Please note there has been an update to the rules: Players MAY use their own Official NSA Sanctioned Bats.

We are holding the 2021 Softball for Sutek Tournament on Oct.9, 2021.
The annual Softball for Sutek tournament helps us to honor Gregory by extending this scholarship opportunity to worthy students for years to come. We awarded a scholarship of $2500 to our 2018 recipient. Because of generous sponsors like you, we awarded $5000 to the 2019 Gregory W. Sutek Memorial Scholarship recipient and $5000 to our 2020 and 2021 recipients! We are hoping the 2021 tournament will make up for not being able to hold the 2020 tournament due to the pandemic and that we will be able to be as genrous to our 2022 recipient.
